Promoting Youth STEM Education within Latin American Countries

As an increasing amount of educational structures all over the world are slowly being moved online, the distribution of education becomes increasingly important. Ever since 1946 UNICEF has made successful attempts to provide proper education to underprivileged children all around the world.  Education is a fundamental human right and a cornerstone of sustainable development, yet countless challenges such as the relatively recent Covid-19 pandemic and poverty continue to hinder and slow its progress especially in countries such as Columbia and Venezuela as large areas in those countries aren’t safe to host educational centers. Delegates in the UNICEF committee will debate and provide realistic solutions as to how to provide proper and structured education within Latin American regions. This topic is of paramount importance as it directly impacts the well-being and the future of our human society. Solutions and debate is vital to ensure that everyone within Latin America receives proper and structured education. Delegates in committee will find themselves facing this question: How can proper structured education be distributed among the Latin American regions?

**This committee is a dual delegation.
